I think just lack of demand. I don't think anyone makes them anymore.

Fred HH's answer is real. different than for the grille and a few trademarks they're the comparable truck. Chevy is GM's bread and butter and greater of them are geared up than the GMC. GMC is in many situations a number of hundred funds greater however the motor, trans, physique, working kit, etc., are the comparable. in straightforward terms some greater frills.

they quit making them for the lack of demand. the step-side bed was geared toward the sport truck enthusiast and since the economy has diminished people are only buying trucks to be used for work
