How should I get my hair cut?

Ok. I have shoulder length hair. Its blonde. And it is sort of limp. It doesn't have much volume.I want to get a different hair cut before school starts but i don't know what to do with it. Can you give me ideas and add pictures if you can (oh i'm 14 if that matters) thanks!

you should get an inverted bob with one side longer than the other like victoria beckham when she was blonde  the look is great especially with the short side behind the ear x
