I fell down the stairs yesterday and my ankle hurt really bad. I laid down and put ice on it and stuff like that. It still hurts today and I can't put any pressure on it or it hurts really bad. It isn't swollen or bruised but could it still be a sprain?or something else?

I am 15 year old girl. I am 5'2" and weigh 139 pounds which puts me slightly overweight. I would like to lose some weight before summer. Can you give me some excersises to do and some foods I could eat to help. Also what do you think is a good amount for me to lose. I was thinking about 20 pds

I have bumps all over my body. Arms legs stomach and back.they range from the size of a pinprick to the size of a normal pimple. They itch but dont hurt.

Ive been sick since about wednesday. Ive had a fever and headache and stomach aches. my tongue isn't red so i dont think it is scarlet fever but idk it might be

her birthday is october 5th and i need to give her something. it can't be expensive because i have like no money.and she looks up to me so i want to make her birthday special.I wont be there on her birthday because i live with my mom and she lives with my dad so i wont be there until the weekend. she says that she is a tomboy but she still likes girly things too.

for example she likes video games but she likes baby dolls.

she dresses like a tomboy but doesn't like to get dirty,and likes jonas brothers and twilight.

When i am not there she spends more time with her brothers than she does her sister but when i am there she only talks to me. so if you have any ideas please help me.

Ok. I have shoulder length hair. Its blonde. And it is sort of limp. It doesn't have much volume.I want to get a different hair cut before school starts but i don't know what to do with it. Can you give me ideas and add pictures if you can (oh i'm 14 if that matters) thanks!

On the memorial day break I am going to Maryland from Wednesday to Monday. I know it is a while away but i really want to be prepared. I don't know what the weather is like there but if you know then could you suggest what specifics i should bring for that type of weather. I don't know why but this year I am not in the Christmas Spirit. A lot of changes have happened this year in my life and I am not feeling excited for Christmas.... Any advice on what to do to get into the spirit??
