Okkkkkk its really pissin me off now.
i have that version 5.80 of the software ..
and i havnt done anything with this ~!@#$%#@!.
if i didnt figure out that thing m sure m gonna kill my laptop.
so its like that m trying to create an animation ,
but everytime i try it end up wit 'no object for operating please open the new layer or create new one'
m just sooooooooooo sick of this ,
CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO ADD FRAMES AND THIS LYAYER CRAP AND HOW TO CREATE AN ANIM. FOR REAL.

I don't really under stand the question very well Sorry but ill try my best to answer it.
To make an animation on any GIF export software you make a layer draw a square then make another layer and draw another square a bit to the left then your have to save as *filename*.gif and then when u view the file it should play those two layers.
Ive not ever used iconCool GIF animator so if it does what its name implies then the system of creating GIF may be different.

If you want a free way of making GIF's then download GIMP its similar to photoshop and can save files to various extensions.
