Running Faster?? Please Help me!!!!?
OKay so when I lift sometimes I snap my legs out when I am doing the leg extensions!! And for all my other lifting things I also snap.. Will that make my fast twitch muscles faster?? And what are some things that can make me faster??

I assume you are a sprinter not a distance runner. Typically runners work on plyometric drills to develop speed of contraction and explosive power for better running. You best bet is to work on short intervals or hill repeats to develop your fast twitch fibers.

It is good to do fast movement rather than slow movement when lifting.
Besides lifting you should also do plyometric drills twice each week, finishing with 10x100 meter strides.
