How do I get my address book from my email to send to another computer?

I have a new laptop and use the same email address on both computers. I would like my address book sent to my laptop. How do I do this? The address book is on outlook express? thanks

    from within Outlook Express:

    File/Export/Address Book/Text File(comma Separated Values)/click Browse and choose place to save to like My Documents etc, and make name like addy140709/Next/Tick all boxes/Finish.

    Then save to a memory stick or email.

    Same thing on new PC but instead of Export its Import/Other Address Book/Text File(comma seperated values)/Browse to where it is, then proceed to Finish and they will all be in new PC.

    With the email window, use the option File -> Import/Export option and export/save the address book in a file from your existing computer. Then use the same procedure but import the address book to your new computer.
