I am answering some questions about this short essay and I can not seem to figure out the answer to this question. What were relations like between the Burmese and Europeans? Why were they so difficult? I know that they Europeans did like the Burmese and did not see them as humans but thats all I can think to write. I have to write a paragraph. Any help is appreciated!

I got a Dell laptop two years ago with Vista. About 6 months ago, I started having problems accessing the wireless network in the house. All the other laptops in our house would connect, except the one with Vista. We spent hours on the phone with the internet company and netgear. (No answers) Finally, we took my laptop to a friends house that had a different brand modem and my computer connected. So we purchased the Belkin modem and my laptop started working properly. Now I'm noticing it is very slow, will not pick up in the back of the house, and just won't let me click on links. Sometimes I can't even download on the computer. Do you think this is related to it being a Vista program?

My daughter moved out of her apartment at the end of September because the boyfriend of the landlord moved in and many guys were in and out of the apartment. One night, a guy walked in her bedroom that she didn't know. When she moved out, she offered to pay October's rent if the landlord would sign a termination letter stating she could break the lease. Well the landlord didn't agree. The landlord's Aunt is an attorney and my daughter received a letter stating that if she doesn't pay 600.00 by the end of December they are taking her to court. If this goes to court, can my daughter get legal representation? She is a college student and only earns 3000.00 per year.

My husband hasn't worked for 8 months because of health issues. Two months ago he started drawing long term disability. After he had been off for 6 months, the company canceled his health insurance and told him that he still has a job for 2 years if he gets better. We want to close out his 401k because of finances but the 401k company told us that we can't as long as he is employed. We are so confused and really need the money. The long term insurance company told us that he could quit his job so he could get his money and that this will not effect his long term disability. I'm afraid for him to do this because I think it may be a way for them to stop the LTD. Do you have any suggestions for us? Does this sound typical?

I have searched and can't seem to find one that will tell me what I can eat and how many carbs are in a serving. I'm finding ones that tell me what I can eat but not both. Do you have any suggestions?

Apparently, my son's friend picked up the xbox while the game was still inside. It now has a deep scratch. Is there a way to fix it or should we just throw it away. It won't play.

We were not able to cover our pull last fall. It got very green and cloudy. We have filled it up, shocked it, chlorinated it, added algecide, and cleaned it. We've also cleaned the filter like 10 times. It's defininely getting better; however, it is not clear. In the past, we've only added chlorine and shock it and been just fine. Any suggestions?

We purchased a 2007 car and when we called about the warranty, the warranty company didn't have any record of the warranty. We actually consulted an attorney and he said to try to work it out with the car lot first. If that didn't work, we can retain him to handle it. We have visited the car lot several times and also called. We keep getting told that they are trying to get the owner to resolve it but they can't get in touch with him. We did get the car repaired and paid for it ourselves. The attorney did say that we have a case because it is breach of contract. We just don't want to spend more money on an attorney when we just had to pay to have the car repaired. Any suggestions?

My husband has had three surgeries for Cholesteatoma. The last surgery caused him to have vertigo. He got really sick and had to be off work an additional week because of his balance. He still isn't back to normal but pushes himself each day to get through the day. I honestly feel he shouldn't be working but I'm not sure what to do. He doesn't sleep well and when he does he has nightmares. He is also irritated easily, headaches often, and just doesn't say much anymore. I feel like he may be having problems with depression because he just can't seem to get well. Any suggestions for me? He visited his ENT two weeks ago and told him about the headaches and dizziness again but the dr. just says he will get better eventually. His hearing still isnt' back to normal either.

I went to hospital yesterday because of pains in my chest. They did an EKG, blood work, and xrays. All test turned out normal. I was told to follow up with family doctor today. I called my doctor and they can't see me until Thursday. I am still having pains and headaches. What do you think? Oh, my blood pressure was high and that is not normal for me. I have tried zantac, pepto, and mylanta hoping this is indigestion but so far nothing is helping the pain.

We have a pomeranian and a Llapso and both dogs have anal gland problems. I was told to add rice or pumpkin to their diet. Does that help? Can you tell me the name of a dry dog food that will help?
