Are there bones in a tortoises front legs?

I was wondering if the russian tortoise has bones in its front legs or if it is cartilage. thanks:D oh yeah and no rude or pointless answers!

    Tortoises and humans have very similar skeletons- their arm bones are about the same as ours- although obviously the lengths and proportions are different, and they can touch their elbows in front of their nose with their arms facing apart, which we cannot.

    shure dose just like eny other turtle there legs are strong and need a bone and not just cartilige if its going to lift there weight
