My heart rate seems too high, too long, after exercising?
I am just starting to run. I jog for only about 20 minutes. I feel pretty good after, but it seems my heart rate is still fast for way too long. I have also felt lethargic or light headed for quite a while, maybe even a day.
What could this be? I also have anxiety issues, so that could be related.

Take your resting heart rate. In bed, in the morning before getting up.
After too much exercise, your heart rate will be faster than a day after no exercise.

heart rate depends on so many factors, genetics, weight, age, fitness etc.Get a check up from your doctor but some(myself as well)have a much higher heart rate when exercising than the stupid 220-age formula that some doctors use.for max heart rate.
