How to survive without eating for 1-2 days?

I have been eating less but I want to not eat at all. I know you have to drink water while your not eating for 1-2 days but how much are you supposed to drink?

Update:

I just want to try it just for 1 day and that's it. Just to know what it's like

    this is an extremely bad idea hun.

    First, if you are doing it to lose weight then when you do eat all the calories and fat will be stored and you will end up putting on more weight.

    and secondly, all the nutrients you need to give don't come in water so you will feel yucky and have no energy.

    What you need to do is drink plenty of ice cold water (ice cold water stops the hunger pains during meals) and eat small portions of healthy food with as much salad as you want, as well as doing regular exercise.

    I know it sounds boring but it honestly is the only way to lose weight and stay fit and healthy.

    Just think, when you've finished starving yourself and you do eat again, imagine all the weight you will store and put on??

    Well, if your trying to loose weight, let me tell you from experience it wont work. You may loose weight fast, but you'll gain it all back just as fast. Eating small meals but regular meals is best. However, to answer your question, your supposed to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day whether or not your eating.

    Drink water, don't take vitamins.

    You'll survive without eating, it will just hurt a lot, you'll get headaches, and you might pass out. Try not to exercise at all.

    obviously not eating is a terrible idea, if you are doing this for weight loss this won't work as your body thinks it is starving and it holds on to fat even harder to try and protect itself.

    You would need to drink at least 2 litres of water, try some fruit juice as well to give you a bit of sugar for energy

    if you're doing this as a dare. drink soup stock, fruit juice, milk or protein shakes. as much as you want, whenever you want.

    if you're doing this for not eating at all. go walk into the ocean. you'll die faster with less damage to your internal organs.

    but why starve yourself? if its to lose weight it doesn't work, yoour body creates escess fats and actually keeps your weight the same, you should reduce fats, not stop eating
