Cycle Lenght issues.... help?
Maybe yall can give me some input on this. My cycles were 31 days, then my last one turned into 37 days and AF was bright red for a couple of days. This cycle was 38 days this time, but AF is normal in color (dark red) and lighter than normal. I'm confused on why all of a sudden my cycles are out of wack and why my periods are funny. I took a test before my last AF when I was 3 days late and it was negative. IDK, but I liked knowing my cycles were a certain number of days instead of guessing when AF is going to show up again.
We're in the TTC phase, so i'm just wondering if pregnancy has something to do with it
CG- Acutally since hubby has cut down the Dr Peppers, his sex drive has went down and we're not having sex as often as we did.
hopin- After my daughter was born, I waited until my first period and got on the 3 month pills. I quit taking them when I finished the pack and haven't taken any sort of BC since. I use mymonthlycycles.com so I keep track of my cycle lengths

Cycle length can vary from cycle to cycle and woman to woman. Were you previously regular and recently discontinued birth control in order to TTC? If so, that is most likely causing your irregularity. If you have just started tracking your cycles because you are TTC, it is possible you've always had some irregularity. Depending on the form of birth control, it can take awhile to get back to normal after going of it (six months to a year in some cases!) But a normal cycle can be anywhere from 21 to 42 days in length, and even for a woman with regular cycles, it's possible to vary a day or two from one month to the next. All things contsidered, there's not that much variability in what you described above... I'd say it's normal and nothing to be concerned about.
If you want it to be less of a guessing game as to when AF will come knocking, I'd suggest temping/charting. Go to www.fertilityfriend.com and set up an account; it's free! Or you can just take your temp each morning and keep a running log on a sheet of paper.

I know that your activity level and stress can change your cycle. My cycles are generally 24 – 26 days and I’m on day 29 with no period and two negatives. I have been really relaxed the past two months as I have picked up a new hobby that calms me. I would say that it has something to do with your activity. If you’re trying to conceive you’re probably having intercourse more which is considered an increase in exercise, or so my doctor says. I’d call your doc and talk to her / him.
Hope that helps!

in case you cycle for a minimum of an hour an afternoon you are able to truly burn off some energy. Now it somewhat is going to take awhile yet after awhile your abdomen will quickly have a super solid look with some abs showing. Now once you experience your bicycle constantly attempt to push your self or have some motivation going like an iPod with the quantity turn down low. additionally, going up some hills additionally will help lots. it may placed on you out yet you will income from it. i decide for a 0.5 hour motorcycle experience an afternoon in 10 miles and that i glance super What ever you do do no longer provide up. it somewhat is achieveable. have faith me.
