Is the "OBAMANIA" finally over?
People were just falling over themselves to go vote for Obama under the falsehoods of his "change we can believe in". Well I've seen change, and I've seen nothing but negative change and empty promises. I do believe that the "Obamania" is finally going away and people are waking up to realize we got bigger problems right now, than we ever did before.
I'd like to see if there are any people out there that voted for Obama believing he would make some GREAT changes and now realize they made a mistake when they voted. Or maybe a scorned Republican who felt let down by Bush and felt obligated to vote for Obama to get even.

Its true, the honeymoon hundred days media-love-athon is over, and obama's job approval ratings have dipped a bit, down ten points to a low of 58%. But 58% is not low.

Mr. Teflon's approval rating never broke 60% and averaged at 53%. To have a real & bi-partisan popularity contest you would have to resurrect Zombie-Eisenhower and Zombie-JFK, whose job approval ratings averaged 65 & 70% respectively.
Yet, absent an economic miracle, our love for the One will continue to wane, which is why he insists on putting everything (torture, gay rights, etc) that is not health care on the backburner.

he is still liked by the majority of people (57%), but his approval rating has gone down 11% since april. and as for the first answer, no, it is not obama's fault that we had bad economy before he was in office, but it is his fault it got so much worse. i seriousley believe he is trying to bring down our nation - expect some asian country to take over around 2100-2150

As long as there is a Democrat in office. That is all that matters to me. I still like Obama and the economy is not his fault.It will take time and to the ones that don't understand this, that is their problem.
