my brother(14) has bumps all over his body? not itchy...?

help me please!! theyre like these little redish bumps alllll over his body, all over his arms its so odd! he came back from out of state today and they were everywhere! they look like small bug bites, but they cant be,  its like a rash, they arent itchy, so i dont know what they could be, but i hope its not contagious....anyway, any help would be much appreciated!! thank you!

Considering that it is July, it might be a heat rash. They usually should dissapear within the day of getting the heat rash.
      It could be acne, but I don't see why it would be ALL over his body.
  
Google image search heat rash, and see if the pictures look like what your brother has.

Without seeing a photo, it's not possible to be sure, but I'd bet that he probably has a viral exanthem. In all likelihood, it's caused by one of the gut viruses, such as an echovirus or coxsackie virus. If so, you should expect the rash to continue to spread and move around his body for another week or two, and then leave.

get him to a doctor... there are little bugs that burry themselves into the skin. the skin then bumps up like a bug bite only its not a bite its actually the bug under the skin.

Has he been to a doctor? It could be stress related,could be early stages of measles. Could be something he ate & is allergic to,it could be he's allergic to you!!! haha Believe it or not,it has happened.
