I think it can be any age as long as the person your scouting is 10 years younger..

A cougar is a woman 40 years of age or older who exclusively pursues very young men.

A cougar can be as young as 35, but women of this age would not be viewed as cougars unless their sexual conquests were no older than 25; the ten-year age difference seems to be an unspoken but accepted minimum between partners

I'm thinking late 40's...or whenever the goods start migrating south, and the signs of wear & tear are there....gosh, that sounds harsh...but then, Cougar behavior and mentality is no gentle thing!

Some guys used to call me Cougar Cat when I was 15 hope this helps.

I would say 35 would be minimum - I was only picked up by a cougar once and it is one of my best memories. Yummmmmmmm

A cougar is any woman significant older than me that I'd still like to nail....so at least 48...

I think 30 is the absolute minimum. And at 30, you'd have to go after someone 21 or younger.
