No. Once you finish tech school you are usually about 15 credits away...that's 5 classes. Most of which you can CLEP out of and there you have your CCAF degree.

No! They tell you that you are earning college credits while you are in training. Sometimes you are, and sometimes you aren't. If you decide to go to a junior college they will probably take your credits..which is good. Some Universities also apply your military credits. I know for sure that Kaplan University does..they gave my husband about 40 credits for all his work so far in the Air Force. Sometimes though it might not help you get done any faster because they will use those classes as electives, and you are still required to take all of your general ed's and your major classes. However, if you decide to go to the junior college and get the associates degree that is targeted for your career feild it is very possible to get it while in the Air Force. Take one or two classes every semester until you get out, and you will most likely have the degree in your hand! I might join as well, and I plan on staying in school, and finishing by the time I get out! It can be done, but the answer to your question is NO, everyone does not have an associates degree when they get out. It is not something handed to you, you have to work for it.

No, but...
You can receive college credit for your training and work experience, and some colleges that work closely with the military will offer enough credits that will get you very close, providing you take some course with them. So, in the end, the answer can be Yes.
But it does take some work on your part

You may have enough On The Job experience that will translate to educational credits but you will not receive an actual diploma.

Not everyone does, but most (especially air force!) have the opportunity to.
Education in the military is a buffet: you can have as much as you want, but you gotta get up and serve yourself. It won't be brought to your table for you.

only the ones that actually go to school and earn it.
