My hubby bought a LG Cookie last Tuesday and OMFG it's amazing...you get really good games for it.It's like having a Wii because it's all motion played.
You scroll through with your finger or stylus..you can change your message tone and stuff.
He paid £60 for it from Argos on special offer.
EDIT- I have really long nails and find it easy to text...my hubby is a big guy with fat fingers and can still text normal so the can't text thing is bull crap.

It all depends. Touch phones are good for some people and not for others. If you have big fingers, try a touch screen phone that slides out with a full keyboard(Ex. LG Xenon, Samsung Impression). If you don't, and are willing the hassle of sometimes having to go back and fix your texting mistakes, try a full touch phone that has a full keyboard built into the touch screen(Ex. LG Vu, LG Incite). There is also the difficulty of new phones having a stylis that isnt built in, and has to be connected on to their phone. Don't use the stylis on these. Not good. as for stylish phones, the LG Xenon and Samsung Impression come in many colors. The screen display on the Impression is unbelievable. The camera quality on all these phones is very good, too(Impression tops the charts though). I think all phones these days come with bluetooth. I could be wrong, but most do anyways. If you're worried about memory storage, you could buy a card to but into your phone, to make it work a little bit better, faster, and to be able to store much more than the phone itself. I know a lot of people that have the iPhone, and...lets say I wouldn't get it. The touch screen keyboard is hard to use, and a lot of the aps are POINTLESS...not a good idea. I have heard good things about the LG Cookie though. Never tried one myself, but I haven't read or heard a bad review on it, so it must be good. But still, overall it's your decision, depending on you and your specific phone needs. Good luck!

I mean I have the LG Voyager, and its a good phone but it does freeze every now and again... and my cousin has the I phone and she has gone through 3 of them..the thing with Verizon is that if you get a phone if you dont like it you have 14 days to return it and get a new one.... I dont know if you have Verizon or not but its a good company... Touch Screens are fun to have but at the same time, I know personally that when mine is in my purse it sometimes starts doing things on its own, because things in my bag are touching the screen and so you definitely need to take that into consideration... Goodluck, I know how hard it is picking a phone

I find having an only touch screen phone is hard to have for messaging people. For myself, I tend to make more mistakes when typing on a touch screen then a full out keyboard. Maybe it is because I have big hands. I would recommend getting a touch screen but will a full out keyboard instead, like the G1 for instance. That is just my personal take on it. If you truly want an only touch screen then get the Cookie.I am not a fan of the iPhone & think it is overrated.

hi..i have a lg viewty..which i find ok..and just ok, i have previously had "normal phones", i found the touch screen ont he viewty regularly froze..prior to this i had a nokia n96..again exactly the same problem, just kept on freezing. However, after saying this, alot of my friends have the applie i.pod and also the n96, they have no problems with them whatsoever..so really the choice is yours.

people that i know that have them keep tellin me that you shouldn't get them because if the screen breaks your pretty much outta luck. you cant call nobody, you cant text nobody, your phone is useless.
