All-Star Game Trivia?

Six times this decade, a pitcher earned the win in the All-Star Game despite only pitching one inning: James Baldwin (2000), Freddy Garcia (2001), Brendan Donnelly (2003), B.J. Ryan (2006), Scott Kazmir (2008) and Jonathan Papelbon (2009).

Kevin Brown (in 1992) remains the only STARTING pitcher to toss only one inning and get the win.

QUESTION: Name the two All-Star pitchers to receive credit for the victory who threw the fewest innings (both 1/3)?

Name the pitchers and the years. Good luck!

Update:

Sorry, JC. It's too bad that the Freak didn't get the win. I enjoy watching him pitch. How about SF concentrating on World Series wins, not ASG wins? It's not like the loss will cost the Giants home field advantage in the Series. Get over it. Typical Giant fan.

Update 2:

Great job, Connor!
