I am just starting to work out on my bowflex,and am looking for a good workout schedule (With images andsuch)?

Hey there,

I am in decent shape, I'm in the trades but I would like my body to be tones, and I figured that since I have a bowflex in my basement I would start using it. I am looking for a decent workout schedule that I can follow, and a workout manual as well (That explains each excerize, since it's all new to me.)

If anyone could help me out that would be great.. It's an older machine, but it has the leg attachments and all that.

    You need a good complete fitness program that works on your mental and your physical. My trainer Coach A can get you where you want to be. He took me and my buddies to being fat and out of shape (that was me, I weighed 295, now at 215 all muscle), or skinny and no muscle or strength (my buddies), to being in the best shape of our lives. Go read his blog from beginning to end, there is so much great information in it about the fitness game. You can also write him and he will put a fitness program together for you at no charge.
