Numb feeling in one foot?

About 3 days ago i felt as if my foot were numb. However it only felt numb when i touched my foot. This numb feeling is still going on now.

My foot feels normal, there's no pressure on it, I'm not diabetic, there's no health problems with me or anything..but when i touch my foot, it feels like my foot is numb. And this feeling is only on the top of my foot from the middle to my toes.

I can move my foot fine and it doesn't hurt. I'm just worried because this weird numb feeling has been going on for 3 days.

Once again just to explain the symptoms again, my foot feels fine when it is not being touched but when it is touched, it feels numb from about the middle of my foot to my toes and the upper face of my foot. There is no pain at all, just a numb feeling when I touch it.

Please help me out
