What does paradise mean to you?

A simple and yet complicated place paradise is. Paradise is many places and some of those places can never be met no matter how hard or how long you search. Paradise can be a simple quiet place along the railroad tracks in the middle of nowhere or it can be the tropical island getaways in the Carribean. But yet, paradise is to be content. Content, a place you will never find no matter how long or how hard you search. You think you may have found it for a second but realize you havn't due to some inner eager for something bigger.

That being said, is paradise really a place? Or just a state of mind? A path that never ends.

What do you think?

I think paradise needs to be convenient. No matter what you want it is there right away without hesitation. I think that is paradise. Plus no judgment. Not in a creepy way, but a do what you want way.

Well first of all, I disagree with the assumption that people always want something bigger, because I have found my paradise. My paradise isn't my happiness, it's my journey there. And I am perfectly content.

So it is a path, but it ends, it isn't infinite. Also, paradise isn't a location on a globe, it's a state of mind. Life is what you make it.

Remember that life isn't about the destination, it's about the journey.

It can be a place if it is found that can induce a state of awe in the mind.

one could have a constant state of mind of paradise.these are the happy people with no care in the world that we see. they have found paradise by just being content. this can also be sleep, one of the doors of the mind used to escape pain and suffering, for those who can create their own paradise.

those who can not find it are plagued by something of the mind weather it be irrational thoughts or worries. this block can also be physical: work, family, events.

to find paradise one just needs a bright outlook on life

Dear Friend. Paradise is an imaginary place where you will have your soul after death for good. I regret inability to certainly tell you about the existence of paradise but I do feel that all religion in this world believe that t here is life hereinafter and what that t life will be? No one knows. But each and every one who is born of his mother's womb will die one day and he wil then realize the softness and hardness of his character which he spent in this world. He will rewarded in the same coins. God is immortal and all associated places just like Hell or Paradise are also immortal. But we must believe that this life is transitory life and one day we will have to go to our eternal place after death. good luck

Paradise is not that complicated. It's a figment of the imagination. Or an indoctrinated concept. To those who claim that paradise actually exists, my question is, how do you know? Have you been there? If so, why did you come back here?? And if not, what claim have you to its existence??

May i suggest you to realign the details of your question. It is wrong to say that paradise is a many places. Please correct it. It should be like this 'paradise is a place...'

Paradise - a place, situation, or condition in which somebody finds perfect happiness.

Hmm...I'd say state of mind. But it depends on your definition of paradise. Mine would be a place where everyone could truly be themselves and be loved and adored. That's not nessasarily a state of mind, but the way you define it is. Hope that made sense.
