Should I get a New Car?
Right now I've got a '95 Honda Civic, it's in good working order but it has 275,000 miles. I'm driving to and from college. Is it time to get a newer car? I'm not planning no buying a new car, but I'd be looking for a car that has fewer miles

Honda Civics are the toughest, and longest running least maintenance consuming car available. Especially around that year.
For college, I would keep it.
Once out of college I would look for a newer model.

Might depend on a few things. I'm assuming it's paid for? Like how far your driving, how good a shape your Honda is in, and if you got the $$$ for another car. if the Honda is in good shape, runs good, body is good and you really don't have the money to buy another one I'd drive it until it drops! Or until it starts costing you a lot of $$$.

Is anything wrong with your car besides the high mileage?
If not then I'd say drive it till it's ready to be replaced

wow your car has alot of miles.
its gonna be hard to sell.
if i were you i would just use it till the engine is done. your not gonna be able to sell it anyway.

You can get you engine rebuilt............ Um....... IDK a newer car COULD be good. I know when I have my car I'm just going to keep rebuilding the engine, not buying a new car................
I would say just save up..................
