What does this have to do with being a female sports reporter?

I agree that Erin Andrews privacy was violated. But the story was written to imply that it is a blow to female sports reporters? When in reality, women, famous or not, are filmed against their will all the time. Why did this story make it seem like a blow to female reporters is my question.
