Who would I contact, or how would I go about?

I want to organize a low cost hearing, eye, microchip, heatworm testing clinic where I work. It is a training facility in CT. Who would I contact to work this out one. There are very few times that there is a clinic that you can get eyes, ears, and all the tests done. There was one in CT this weekend I guess this kennel club does once a year. It was a big success, with people bringing litters of puppies for testing and micro chips. does anyone know who I would contact to look into setting something like this up?

Update:

Thanks, I will try and contact the kennel club this week. There is also a large vet hospital close to this training facility, they may be able to help. I know not all vets offer the hearing and eye testing, but they might.

You might try contacting the kennel club who put on the successful clinic and ask them how they did it. They could probably give you plenty of ideas and/or contact information for the vets they used.

I agree with the first person's answer - first contact the group that put on clinics and ask them how they got started and what they have learned works and doesn't work over the years... second you could also try contacting a local full-service veterinary hospital (I would look for one of the more renowned/state of the art ones in your state as your potential clients to the clinic will more likely recognize the facility and feel comfortable bringing their dogs). Many specialty dog clubs do clinics 1-2 times per year... last year I went to one in NJ offered by MJLRC which was an excellent clinic as it offered so many things at reasonable prices.
