I am SEVERLY stopped up what OTC?
medicine would you recommend that will dry it out and help with the swelling. I went to the doc today and they gave me some samples of RESOA-C&C, but it is not helping at all! I have already tried Sudefed, Benadryl, and this sample (not all at the same time) and none of these are even touching the problem.

effective dose of original sudafed is 120mg 2x daily, the one you need your driver's license or id to purchase, try steam shower, nasal saline rinses or Afrin decongestant. inc fluid intake. Benadryl will dry you up more so. maybe start claritan or zyrtec, takes about 5-7 days to kick in... I don't know what that resoa-C&C is.

try putting some Vick's in very hot water, use a sheet to cover you/your head with the pan inside and breath the air. It some times work with just water on the stove while you breath in the steam. Just don't burn yourself or over due it.
