Pc wont start after i plugged in HDD my Brothers Pc?
Hey
so i had to reanistalled my vista yesterdayy... because this piece of **** ****** up!!! but yeah to the problem i plugged my hdd in his pc to copy all my files into his pc so i backed them up. Now he says his pc wont start but it started when my hdd was in from his hdd we just copyed my files to his. So when the turns the pc on Everything works fine exept the screen stays black and goes in standby mode
any ideas how to fix this??

I know this may sound like an obvious answer, but did you check to see if the cord from the monitor to the back of the PC was somehow unplugged? I cannot see how a hard drive being installed would cause the monitor to stop working unless something got accidentally unplugged.
