Well i don't know about naturally but i can def tell you a way that work amazing for me. I had been a smoker for many years and had been also quitting for many years also. i recently got introduced to these smokeless cigarettes. I was very skeptical at first but i saw something about them on CNN so i bought them and i couldn't be happier. I haven't had a real cigarette in over three months. def check these out

Nicotine gum helps. Or you could read the dangers of smoking, and how those close to you are in danger too. that could make you think and want to try harder to stop, so it will be easier. put yourself with close people who you smoke around a lot, and see if you can resist. that odd cigarette may be tempting, but be strong, brave and listen to help others can give. Good luck x

I quite May 1st & couldn't have done it w/out the new drug Chantex.

I know you said naturally but just thought I would tell you anyways. This drug made it so easy. It took the urge right away. The habit part was the hardest. If I would have known about this drug I would have stopped long ago.

    Good Luck!!!

Drink more water, exercise more, minimize stress and eat a better diet. This may all help you quit faster.
