Do driving schools offer stick shift lessons?
I have to rent a car when I go overseas in a couple of months and it will be heard finding an automatic. I personally don't have a manual and no one that I know does so I was wondering if driving schools even offer lessons in driving a stick shift. I wish I know someone that had a stick shift so I can practice on it but I don't and the only other option to learn I can think of is going to a driving school but I am not sure if they even offer lessons in that. I want opinions before I call.

Not all of them will, but if you call enough places, some should. I don't think it'll be as hard as you think to find an automatic rental car. Most rental firms understand that most people can't drive stick shift.
Even so, it's something you should learn.
