Should tax payers have health care run by a government that will use private insurers for themselves?
Obama stated that he has the best health care in the world and doesn't need to have government health care insurance.
With that being said since it's not a government program then it has to be private insurance. Also congress and senate have very good private health insurance, the best you can get. All this private health care the government has is paid by tax payers so why should tax payers be stuck with a health care run by a government that wouldn't want it for themselves?
Why are people thumb downing Big JD? his statement is aligned with the constitution. Do you give the constitution a thumbs down too?

Of course they wouldn't want it for themselves. Under Obama's healthcare plan old Ted Kennedy would be refused care and left to die. I mean, seriously, I don't understand how anybody can support this piece of eugenics bs bill. The almighty government decides who lives and who dies? Seriously? I mean he is honestly advocating to let the elderly and the disabled die off. It's right there in black and white. I've never seen something so ridiculous in this country, something so cruel and cold hearted, in my entire life. NO we shouldn't pay for it and of course they don't want it and neither do the rest of us.

If it is such a good plan, than the house of reps. and the senate will join it, if not, than it is not a good plan for us.
A good plan would force insurance cos. to have a nationwide plan for individuals who don't have an employer plan. The nationwide plan would have such a large pool of premium money that the cost could be low to all and the insurance cos. would still make a decent profit. The ins. cos. would then really have to compete.
The way the ins cos do it now it is per state and with multiple plans, and this causes a smaller pool of people paying into each plan, it raises costs to policy holders and increases profits for insurance cos. and that is why they have so many plans.
I am sure some insurance underwriter will disagree with my statements but I would like them to deny and explain the reason for so many plans in each company.

TOP TEN INDICATORS THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS CHANGED TO THE GOVERNMENT'S VERY INEXPENSIVE HEALTH CARE PLAN:
(10) Your annual breast exam is done at Hooters.
(9) Directions to your doctor's office include "Take a left when you enter the trailer park."
(8) The tongue depressors taste faintly of Fudgesicles.
(7) The only proctologist in the plan is "Gus" from Roto-Rooter.
(6) The only item listed under Preventive Care Coverage is "an apple a day..."
(5) Your primary care physician is wearing the pants you gave to Goodwill last month.
(4) "The patient is responsible for 200% of out-of-network charges," is not a typographical error.
(3) The only expense covered 100% is "embalming."
(2) Your Prozac comes in different colors with little M's on them.
AND THE NUMBER ONE SIGN YOU'VE JOINED THE GOVERNMENT'S VERY CHEAP HEALTH CARE PLAN:
(1) You ask for Viagra and they give you a Popsicle stick and Duct Tape.

Because our government is a DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO type government.
They shouldn't be forcing us to pay for medical care of the millions of illegals here in the country.
They shouldn't be forcing us to pay for medical insurance for those that just simply don't want health insurance.
But instead, you'll be seeing an increase tax removed from the Medicare and Social Security tax on your paycheck stub.

Nothing changes, as it does for the majority of those covered by workplace insurance. The Federal Government offers it's employees a choice of private insurers just as most State and Local Governments as well as private industry does. You have fallen for the propaganda being spread by the Republicans.

I'm against the changes Obama wants to make in Healthcare. Very few, a few like Farrah Fawcett leave our country to go and get healthcare somewhere else... 'n it didn't help her; most ppl. around the world actually come here to get healthcare.

Because Obama wants to know what illness ever person in the US has. He wants total control of everyone. With this plan he will have it.

Uninsured people would be better off with government run health care, I think.
(I think you'd have to be stupid to think that you should have the same health care that the president of the united states gets...)

If they don't have, or can't get private insurance? Absolutely.
That's kind of the point of the plan. If you have insurance, you can keep it. If you don't, you have an option.
