In Texas we've had extreme heat and drought. Most of the plants in my yard that have been there for at least five years are all dying. Can I file a claim with my insurance to help replace the plants since the loss lowers my property value?

For about two weeks when I move my head it feels like water is in my right ear. My balance is fine and I have 100% of my hearing. I'm not sick and am breathing fine. Does anyone know what this might be? Is there a way to make it to stop it?

I inherited a gun that is in perfect operating condition but has never been registered. I don't keep this gun in my car and I don't take it to the range shooting. It has two purposes. One, it was given to my dad from his uncle who was a police officer in Oklahoma. Back in the day the police would auction off guns that they had collected from criminals. He was a collector and gave it to my dad. My dad has recently given it to me. Two, I keep it in a shoe box in my closet. If someone broke into my home I would use it for protection. Since it is not registered, if I used it in self defense, would I get in trouble? I live in Texas if laws are different in each state.

Letting Illegals stay in the US if they are not criminals. The fact is they broke the law coming here illegally in the first place. AND how are they able to work or go to school if the are not citizens of the US? AND seeing that unemployment is so bad like we have enough jobs for these illegals anyway.

I bought a new sprayer to paint my house. Used tape to tape off the brick from the wood. I got a little carried away and actually sprayed over the tape onto the brick. It looks funny lol. Is there an easy way to remove the paint? I bought the paint from Lowe's to paint the exterior. Not sure what type of paint it is.

I have a 1/4 thick upright bbq pit that needs some work. I have an 4 1/2 inch angle grinder and need to know what type of pads to use to remove the rust from the inside/out.

Also I want to paint it. Is there a good primer/paint (spray on) that I can use that will protect it from rust and won't burn off when I bbq? Also the bbq pit is in my yard and comes in direct contact with on of my sprinklers.. will the paint protect it?

Better off dealing with the garbage from the government and each political party when in office or would we be better off dealing with the garbage that would take place if their was no government at all?

First of all, I'm not a smoker. With that being said do you think that the government is going to continue taking away or rights? Since the recent cigarette tax, I was wondering when the government was going to start putting a tax on the cheese burger (junk food) because it causes diabetes and cost taxpayers billions of dollars a year in health care costs? I know it sounds kind of extreme but actually in New York a tax is being put on sugary drinks.

What if we got rid of the house and senate. What if we got rid of Democrats and Republicans and everyone else. What if we had just a President. What if popular vote was the method used to approve new laws and majority ruled? Other than that, leave everything else up to the individual state.
