how to loose weight...fast?

well i want to loose a noticeable amount of weight by around the end of august. and i can't really exercise much outside, because at the moment the weather where i live is super rainy every day :l

so i need some ideas.

    One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I'm still hungry, I won't eat as much as I would have.

    also, fyi:

    1 pound = 3500 calories.

    If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.

    ie, if you eat 2000 calories per day and burn 2500, you will lose 1 pound every week.

    the average person burns 1500-2000 calories per day, just being alive.

    powerwalking can burn 200-500 calories per hour.

    exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour.

    swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour.

    jogging/running can burn 300-1200 calories per hour.

    *********VERY IMPORTANT************

    when trying to lose weight, very important to drink lots and lots of water ! ! !

    You should drink at least 10 glasses per day, like 1 glass every hour !

    This helps your body get rid of the fat when you are burning calories.

    Wow there are a ton of people wanting to lose weight.

    Okay well watching your caloric uptake is one and also if you cant be that active then you need to do some pushups and sit ups to raise your body's temperature. They seem basic but are really good for you and don't take long

    A weight loss aid is one thing you could check into and from my 16 years of being in this business i've never really seen something that safe.

    I know that hoodia is one and maybe one other.

    As of now it's is the only one i recommend to my patients and to my clients. I included a link.

    1. join a gym or start walking 30 minutes a day. even when it's raining!

    2. the rain is not an excuse if you really want to run, for instance

    3. cut out potatoes

    4. stop drinking sodas, even diet

    5. drink water instead

    6. cut out all fried foods

    7. stop eating white flour and rice and pasta

    8. eat only fish or chicken with lots of different veggies

    If you do this, you're guaranteed to lose a lot of weight. If you continue eating like this after August you will still keep it off but give yourself a break on weekends and eat anything. But you will have to increase your exercise to one hour.

    To reach this goal, you can do exercize inside too :)

    Swimming

    - you use your whole body

    - 30 minutes doing breast-stroke and can burn almost 400 calories.

    Step Aerobics

    - Step is one tough workout that targets your legs, butt and hips while burning almost 400 calories in 30 minutes

    Walking

    - 180 calories in 30 minutes. Adding hills, sprints or even a few minutes of jogging can increase the amount of calories you burn.

    - walk briskly

    - keep you head up, back straight and swing your arms

    and some quick tips :)

    - Drink lots of water and green tea (cause they 1) fill you 2) have barely any calories 3) speed up your metabolism [but the water will have to be cold for this, green tea is fine at any temperature to speed your metabolic rate])

    - Exercise

    - Dont eat 4 hours before you sleep - your metabolic rate slows down as you sleep

    - Read the calorie labels, say before you read it “if this has over x (e.g. 200) calories i wont eat it”

    - Set realistic goals

    - Identify your ideal weight (this table will tell you - http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tb... )

    By the way, you want to be between 18 and 25 along the top :) (you'll see what i mean). To convert your weight (e.g. stone to pound) type it in google... i.e. “10 stone in pounds” and it will come up :)

    - Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night to raise your metabolism

    - As much as possible do not remove the skins of fruits and vegetables since most of the nutrients are concentrated under the skin.

    - Warm water with just a squeeze of lemon juice before breakfast get the metabolism going for the day, this also help preventing constipation and is excellent for the skin.

    - Remove fat by dropping ice cubes into the baking tray. Fat will stick to the ice cubes

    1.) Fat Loss Secret

    2.) Strip the Fat

    Either one of these programs/plans will assist you in losing weight fast.

    As for exercise - What about a stationary bicycle, or Exercise DVD's, or get a gym membership like to the YMCA or Curves

    There are plenty of ways to lose weight without going outside to exercise. How quickly you can acheive your goal depends on your own personal mindset. Most diet plans and workout regimens can work as long as your willing to honestly try. I personally have tried the diet program in the link below and have seen very good results.     invest in a standing desk like the ergotron workfit s 379 ergotron com or get crafty and raise your monitor and keyboard with books
