Selling Fine Jewelry...?
I have a Rosenthal Bee Pin that I would like to sell...It has many diamonds and is real gold, probally sold for 3,500 retail. How do i go about selling this with out getting ripped off?

Well, I don't know too much about selling things, but I would just go to Ebay and hold the sale until you get a bid that you think is fair. But first, I would go to one of those places...I think they do it at Jewelry stores....where they tell you how much they would sell it for. I hope you can get a fair amount of cash!

You need to go to one of the better jewelry stores in your area and put it on consignment in their Estate Jewelry. You will get a fair price. Most find jewelry is worth about half of the appraised value.

Shop it around to jewelry stores and antique dealers. Go to a few places to get the best price.
