Is it ok for married men to flirt with female office colleagues?
To add more detail, I mean discussing about female colleagues, asking them out for a drink or dancing with them in parties.
I would be inclined to say avoid.

Absolutely NOT! What always seems to start as harmless flirtation almost always ends with the destruction of a marriage.
DON'T DO IT!

Dancing at the annual party with your female colleagues, with their husbands and your wife present would not cause marital problems. Inviting female colleagues to parties where you drink and dance with each other, without spouses present, will cause marital problems. Some of these married female colleagues are treading on thin ice themselves. Try to avoid them if possible.

I got married, not buried...
I think it depends on your intentions...
I had frequently exchanged flirtatious behavior with some of the "other" women in my life while married... only once did a girl subsequently give me a number... that number went unused and that friendship quickly faded... (no slippery slope... the slippery slope is an excuse for the weak)...
I would agree however that drinks and dancing would be inappropriate...
always avoid behavior that requires deceit.

It is ok to flirt which both men and women do, but I agree that they should never invite them out just the two of them but ok as an office group as long as the wife is invited as well.

I think that it is wrong. The way things go today you could be hit with a lawsuit for sexual harassment. I also think that it is just plain disrespectful to your wife. Remember this if it is not something that you would say or do in front of her then you probably shouldn't be doing it. Work is work it is that plain and simple.

well john the question is what would your wife think about you doing this. and do you love her with all your heart do you have respect for her
would you wanna take a chance on getting caught and kicked out.
now if you wouldn't care about any of that it would be ok to have sex
in your on bed. with a norther woman. you really don't have to cheat
just being seen with a woman is called cheating in the eyes of a woman.

Absolutely not. You're describing a married man asking other women out on dates.

In NO WAY is this OK.
What possible good can come from it. You will hurt everyone and lose everything. So unless something VERY SPECIAL is coming from this girl. Stay AWAY
