Also if you do like coffee shops do, have a couch, tables, books, invite people to stay awhile, you can let muscians play for free on sat nights too, like the local kids, put an add on craigslist, local free new venue, to add to business and success. Stacking plastic chairs are great and easy to store when you have special events.

Turn on the radio on a popular channel... Thats what i like to hear in places like that!
