In Marvels Universe Majority of the Characters are Born with their Powers and Have Few if not No Weaknesses.
But Dc universe The characters are Humans that have something that give them their powers *Batman - Utility belt, GL - His lanturn Ring, ect*
And some of them are just downright Useless *Aquaman, plastic man*.
Marvel wins every time!

Marvel has Spiderman, X-men, the Hulk, Iron Man, etc etc.

Marvel, when have you see an easy day for spiderman when superman just fly beat up the c app of someone and that's all... and if you watch interviews with Stanley he says that dc tried to copy their succes (not exact words)
