yes he does look puerto rican as a matter a fact anyone could look puerto rican there is no boundaries when i comes to nationality ive meet a puerto rican who had blond hair and blue eyes...

To be honest, he could very well be puerto rican. You have to realize that puerto ricans come in every color --there are black puerto ricans, white puerto ricans, tan puerto ricans---puerto ricans with straight hair, curly hair, wavy hair. The point is 1) he probably is puerto rican (why would he answer the phone in Spanish if he just learned the language in school? 2) Why does it matter?

I think it is rude for you to sit there and question where he is from....

puerto ricans can me a mixture of white(spanish),taino (native indian) and african (black) so therefore puerto ricans can range in looks they can look more white,more native indian or more black or just a mixture of either two or all three ok

Puerto ricans can be any race.

The majority are mestizo or mulatto & he doesnt really look like either of those but he could definitely be puerto rican..

Sure! Not all Hispanics are Indian-looking, dude. We have all these different groups within the Latino category, even Jews & other Middle Easterners. I'd just take his word for it.

my puerto rican friend is drk haired and olived complexion and her youngest daughter is pale skin with light blue eyes and blonde hair...So it's possible he's telling the truth..
