Do you think Atheists....?

do you think christians would suddenly become muslims before they die?

Here's what passed through my mind on the three occasions I was on the verge of death.

1. Septicaemia at age 10, probably mummy.

2. Car crash at 26, SH*T!

3. Stuck on a crumbling rock face slowly succumbing to hypothermia, why didn't I read up on the rock condition and weather report.

I can't speak for anyone else, but god never once passed through my mind. Any way what god, they're all equally as unlikely.

Some may depends on how the experience happens, is it fair to judge people by their actions when in crisis?

I believe theists suddenly think "Oh no!" when they see a guy dressed in red with a pitchfork.

Some might panic when near death but if all of them did then the whole 'Non-believers will go to hell' part of the bible is a bit redundant isn't it?

Some probably do. Just like some theists probably realise it was all made up just before they die.

Personally, I would have to see some evidence. You wouldn't happen to have some, would you?

I'm an atheist. I was on my "death bed", so to speak. Doctors thought I may not make it. Did I call out to some mythological character?

Nope.

Only in a christians mind.

And you suddenly realise there is no God while you are dying.

I'll do a blog on my deathbed, let you know, hopefully though won't be for another 60 years :)
