Lafayette, LA has a good classified publication called the QuikQuarter. Their website is www.qqclassifieds.com

just search for the Time Picayune. That's are main newspaper. Also the new orleans craigslist site would be perfect (I hope you are familiar with Craigslist) Also Where Y'at newspaper might have something. And there's another underground paper that I can't remember but is great.
