Nail polish remover.

You can get graffiti remover from places like Screwfix.You spray it on, then wash it off after a while.

Hairspray can work on removing ink, but usually off clothing.

You could also try ink remover that you get with leather cleaning kits.

perhaps Petrol, i've used it to get rid of stains left where signs have once been on a van.
