Help.. Ghost problem I think....?

I'm lucky and the building that I live in, which strange things happen, has never been a "Negative" thing.

My cat sometimes acts like he is "Protecting" me but 99.9% of the time, it is just odd chills or the cat acting strange...

When my mother died, my cousin sent me some kind of Evergreen/Sage mix to remove spirits... Just in case, we burned it throughout the house.

I also read about a meditation ritual where you have a dish of salt and a candle and you meditate by looking at the candle and mentally picturing a 'bubble' around you and around your home... After you can fully picture the protective bubble around your whole area, you take the salt and sprinkle it around your home.

I'm not sure what I believe... I know that these are not "Humans"... And I know that the meditation visualization is most likely just a placebo effect... But I feel it can't hurt.

Well, thats probably poltergeist you have (the falling objects), i dont know about theese flyies, maybe those are orbs? Cant tell witouth i see it.

I used to haunt ghosts, i do it sometimes now, there are many houses built on graves at my city, so i often go with my friends.

I have seen ghost one time, like a white spirit moving.

Wow, im boring..

Anyway, go to your church, and ask a priest if he could come to bless your house one day. It may help. I never had a ghost in my house, but i think that will solve the problem.

Well, it's hard to say based on your description, so I'm not sure what to tell you. I've been hunting ghosts for 7 years, so I'm not going to give you some sarcastic, smartassed answer. I will tell you, however, that if you'd be comfortable doing so, I'd like to see any video you have with these lights so I could tell you something more than "I don't know". It's a tough call with lights and whatnot (could be bugs, dust, reflection, etc.) but if you'd be willing to share the video with me, maybe I could tell you a little more. I will not share it with anyone else or post it online. Feel free to contact me if you'd like :)

Okay. There are a few things you can do. Get someone in to decifer what it is and move it on.

You can live with it - but often, fear comes with that, more of your doing than the visitors.

I wouldn't let it in. Refuse to acknowlege it. Stop thinking about it as soon as you start. If it is not a pleasant visitor, it will make it's presense felt and you won't like it and can then get help - or a nice one will slip away and not bother you any more.

I'm not a professional, but maybe buy some gear, a recorder maybe, and set up the camera and film yourself doing a EVP, electric voice phenomenon session. See if you can hear voices, see things on the camera. It might not be a threat to you, though.

The white things are reflections of the camera's light on dust.

as was stated do an evp session.. set the camera up to record you while you are doing it. if it has nightvision do the evp in the dark and record. if there is something following you should yield some results...
