Interesting homework - wish I'd been given fun things like this to do when I was at school!

Anyway, try playing around with the word "string" - here are some ideas to consider:

    "Highly Strung"

    "All Strung Out"

    "String Along"

    "String Bikini"

If you lived in Australia, you could call yourselves "Stringybark" - it's a native eucalyptus tree that flourishes here! (You could even respell it "Stringy Bach" for an extra musical touch!)

Or you could do something with the word "wood" - how about:

    "Woodpeckers"

    "Wood Nymphs"

    "Woodlanders"

    "Woodcraft"

    "Woodworkers"

Anyway, just a few ideas to get your creative juices trickling!

    Good luck,

    Hafwen.

    Catchy? or professional?

Professional: Name of highschool, add philharmonic orchestra.

Pointless: Over-Rosined Cello Entertainment with Strings Together and Really Awesome.

Catchy?: Not just Classical?? Bowzzing? left hand bowing?? meh...

"Highly Strung", perhaps? I once saw a group called "Strung and Struck", but that was strings and percussion.

"SYMPHONIA BAROQUE" and only play baroque music. The student-body will learn to appreciate one specific type of classical music and who knows, they'll be thankful years later.

    "On the G String"

An allusion to a piece by Bach =)

    "With Strings Attached!"
