I'm originally a PC user, but I want to switch over to Mac.

Is there anything I need to know about before switching?

And I have a Linksy's router, will that work with Mac or do I have to something special for it?

I just had my ears pierced on sunday and after I wait 6 weeks to take the starter earring off, will it be okay if I put in faux spike taper earrings from Hot Topic after that?

My iPhone 3g syncs to my laptop, but my laptop doesn't have internet anymore, it's only on my home computer that has internet, and I can't sync my iPhone with two computers so is there any way I can download it from a site or something?

I just bought the Sims 3 game and the installation went perfectly, but on the 'Welcome' window that pops up another window pops up and says 'Disc Authorization Error: Please insert Sims 3 disc'. I have looked for ways to fix this; I have disabled the DLA on the game (Didn't work), removed the Sonic DLA software (Didn't work), now I don't know what to do. I have Windows XP (Not Vista)

Me and my friends want to rent either a party bus or limo (whichever ones cheaper) for prom.

We live in San Diego, California and our head count it 15-20 people and we are renting it for about 7 hours.

I checked my laptops connection settings and the wireless network that I always use is now blocked on my laptop...I think it's a firewall issue. How do I unblock my wireless network from the firewall?

I was walking my dog for a while now and he's very friendly with strangers but I walked by this one guy at the corner of our block and started barking like crazy. My mom said the same thing happened when she walked him yesterday, she says that dogs are very sensitive animals and they have a really good sense of danger. Should I be worried about that guy? 0_o

My birthday is coming up and I get to buy a new game for my Xbox 360. Which one should I choose?

I'm looking towards a shooting game but looking at the sample gameplay for the new game Prototype on YouTube I'm starting to get very convinced. Also, I want a game that has more levels and a longer gameplay, (because since I'm on summer break I get very bored during the day) then that being said pretty much knocks Left 4 Dead off the list because I heard it coincides with the title very well, the game only has 4 levels I could beat that in a day. I know this isn't really asking a question, well ASKING for your opinion flows right? ;]

So which game should I choose? Or if theres any other games you recommend?

Once I put the DVD R+ CD in the icon for the disc doesn't show up on my computer. I already have a DVD burning softwar and I'm already finished with my project that I want to put on the DVD. Do I need a special DVD burning hard drive or recorder?
