My laptop won't connect to my wireless network?

I checked my laptops connection settings and the wireless network that I always use is now blocked on my laptop...I think it's a firewall issue. How do I unblock my wireless network from the firewall?

More info:

- I have a Toshiba Laptop

- PC is Gateway

- Router is Linksys

A firewall wouldn't block your device.

If, however, you're unable to connect because your NIC is not on a MAC address whitelist, then you will need to log into the router with a machine that is on the whitelist and add the MAC address of your machine to the whitelist.

Or if it's an IP address whitelist, you'll need to configure your machine to use a static IP address and then add that address to the whitelist while logged in with a machine that is already on the whitelist.
