Why am i allergic to fruit all of a sudden?
Just after i began recieving that monthly gift that women get, i was suddenly intolerant to all fruit and dairy products. Is this weird? I have had seasonal allergies all my life, but never a problem with food. What could this be? Hormones? Something else?

I would suggest a dr. But it could be anything. Hormone related is one of the anything. People get allergys at different ages and different times. It could be a coinsidence too. I never had allergys my whole life and one day I was helping my grandfather in the barn and I got very teary eyes and couldn't stop sneezing and I was allergic to hay. After your period I would try the fruit again and dairy products. It's not very likely that its that but it couldn't hurt.

You can develop a food allergy at any time. I didn't develop my food allergies until I hit 30. I am now 42 and have over 30 pages worth of food allergies. Keep a list of what bothers you, and see an allergist.
It has nothing to do with Hormones.

Hormones can affect allergies... I know plenty of people whose allergies changed during pregnancy, for example.
And allergies CAN develop at any time.
But with your history of seasonal allergies, you might also be having trouble with OAS (oral allergy syndrome) where certain fruits/foods are related to certain pollens and you'll have issues with both.
Or it could be a salycilate sensitivity. Aren't allergies fun?
I guess you've got some research to do. ;) Might also be useful to see a good allergist.

When a girl or woman starts her period her hormones change. This means her body is changing, shes becoming a woman. Her hormones will change even again when she becomes pregnant. Why you have become intolerant to fruit and dairy product, would take a team of medical professionals to figure out.
