do you think this is wrong?

Question

some people that moved across the street from me, are such idiots! so the mother and father breed dogs or should i say inbreed dogs since the dogs they used to breed are brother and sister, and the dog they bred with this time was mother and son! they leave the dog poop all over the yard, and when they mow their lawn, they don't even bother to pick it up!

The son and his girlfriend and their kid live in the mother in law apartment upstairs, and the son is such a jerk! He got into an altercation outside with his girlfriend while his son was standing right there, and the mother didn't do anything! he also acts like he is five, playing with remote control cars, atvs, and testing to make sure his girlfriend's car stereo is up to his standards. He also almost hit my house with fireworks. 

I hate these people! sorry just a rant. what do you think?!

If the noise is loud enough to call the police, yes, it's wrong.

As far as the rest of the stuff, I've lived in my home for a long time and I don't know the personal business of any of my neighbors.  I definitely don't pay attention to which dogs breed with each other!

I really don't watch my neighbors that much to know those kinds of things.

Well where I live if people leave dog poop in the yard they get told by the city to either clean it up or they will and charge em.  It's a health hazard to have feces layin around.

Sorry but I doubt if there is much u can do about the guy fightin with his gf....or about him playin with remote control cars and stuff.

I like remote control cars too tho.  I like those remote control helicopters better tho.
