For example, Zaraki can't use Kidō (which is actually pretty useless in big battles), so he gets 0 points for it, automatically putting him on the last place. Seriously, stating that Zaraki is the weakest of the Captains is obviously false. Remember that at the beginning of the series he fought both Komamura and Tōsen (both of whom are stronger than him according to the Data) at the same time, and still managed to beat Tōsen to a pulp, and probably would have done the same with Komamura if he didn't retreat to help Yamamoto.
