question about apples?

i want to loose weight but i absolutely love apples. can i still have some while i'm on a diet or is there some hidden calories in them that i don't know about?

    A calorie is a calories -- regardless of the source. An Apple is a great source.

    DO NOT do any "restrictive" diets they deny you the things you love. Especially if they are healthy or natural foods! It's not so much about the what food you eat. It's mostly about calories, and the macro-nutrients you get in the foods you eat.

    The great thing about apples is they are loaded with water and dietary fiber. The have a low GI Load, and the calories from fiber -- don't metabolize at all -- meaning, they don't count! Only the carb (sugar) level counts, and it's very low compared to other processed foods.

    Stick with fruits and veggies as your complex carbs. Reduce processed carbs significantly. (sugar, breads, pastas, etc). Obviously-- kick the sugar habit once and for all!! If it has sugar in the first 5 ingredents.... just dont eat it.

    It takes a while to do.. trust me! it took me a whole year. But now if someone offeres me a cookie or cake... I say no thanks! Not because i think it's bad for me. But because I no longer like sugar...at all!

    so much humans like granny smith inexperienced apples. But whilst i used to be again East at a Fair a chocolate compnay referred to as Christophers Fudgy Wudgy used pink deicous and so they have been the exceptional carmel then dipped in chocolate apple I ever had. appear them up. they're placed in Pennsylvania Pittsburgh field

    you don't have to worry about fuirts and vegetables regarding calories. the issues are calories from crappy foods and alcohol. and don't starve yourself, it actually makes it harder to lose weight b/c you kill your metabolism - the system that burns fat!
