Whats a good work out to get abs?

Ok. I run for about 20 minutes a day so about 2.2km, 40 push ups and 60 sit ups. I do enjoy my drink but I dont drink beer. Only spirits and its not everyday. I dont go to Mcdonalds or fast food I try to eat healthy but I do eat a bit of rice though and I know it has carbs. I am fairly fit but I do have a bit of gut from my days of really partying and I'm finding it very hard to loose. Even my weight wont move from 85kg and I'm 178cm tall. So what is a good way to not so much loose weight but to get rid of my gut and get some abs structure. I dont mean full six pak cause that will take way too much effort but you know nice muscly stomach. I'm 26 years old as well

Cheers

ok dude. i know you won't believe this when i tell you, but you have 6 pak abs, everyone does, and everyone thinks that by doing tons of working out that they will get abs... this isn't true for a couple of reasons.

    1) if you have a tummy, you will not see your abs. not matter how many ab workouts you do, if your abs are covered up, you can't see them. Every work out works your abs because your core (abs) has to maintain suability when working out. When doing pushups you have to be straight(abs) squats you have to be straight(abs) curls you have to keep solid for(abs). lol, 90% of workouts revolve around abs. so do some upper body workouts to sculpt your abs. Do them every other day Monday to Friday 3 days a week taking weekends off. your abs will bulk and then tone.

BUT what's so good about what i just said if you have a gut? ok dude. I want you to

1get rid of SODA if you’re drinking it. It's bad for you and it gives you way too many calories and carbs.

2 don't add salt to anything you eat anymore. Your gut is probably just water weight which will go away after you have stopped consuming so much sodium.

    3) diet a little, 1500 cals a day will drop your tummy.

    4) hit the gym. do 20 minutes of cardio a day or just 3 days a week. this is my NUMBER 1 (even tho its in the number 4 spot) recommendation. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR STOMACH if you do cardio for 20 minutes.

    5) if you’re having a little bit of trouble dieting and you want to diet. but Healthy Choice meals and eat them for lunch. They have 300 cals in each meal and are very balanced in protein, sodium, carbs, and just about everything.

gl, and just hit the bike, or walk, or run! haha. you’ll lose it if you exercise regularly and if you don’t you'll just keep your gut instead of your abs.
