Semi-formal or formal tops?

Question

I'm a girl and I'm looking for a Semi-formal or formal top. As one not too big on shopping, I need some major help. I need it for this sunday soo...time is ticking! I need something *fast*
I'd prefer if the top was long or 3/4 sleeved. I'm not big on short sleeves.
Pictures would be amazing!

Try JCPenney, Nordstroms, Kohls, Target, Walmart, just to name a few.  Go to their websites and see what they have at their stores, locally.
