It's when the CIA kidnap someone from a foreign country outside of their jusrisdictiction and then torture them in other lands which have a poor record on civil rights.
There is a single word to describe this.....it just escapes me at the minute.

Why do so many bleeding hearts worry so much about the terrorists and care so little for their victims?
