Windows Media Player won't detect phone?
So I created a ringtone using cre8tones.info and I didn't want to get billed on my phone bill so instead I downloaded it to Windows media player. I synced songs from windows to my other phone but not to this one. When I connect my phone it will make the sound on the computer but it will not show up. I've tried refreshing the devices and nothing. I tried uninstalling and installing it and nothing happened either. Please Help!

Go into your control panel and select Add/Remove Programs, from there look for a program called Open Case. Remove it. NBC installs it to view videos on their website but it shuts down your activesync. After that reboot and you should be fine.
